35 Labs provides practical AI-powered services for small businesses. This draft explains how we handle information shared through 35labs.ai, our website forms, our Google Form intake, and related email conversations.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name or type, service interests, and messages. Our LinkedIn intake also asks about your professional background, audience, communication style, and content preferences. You may send writing samples and a headshot to help us prepare your Voice Guide.

Squarespace, Google, and other providers that operate our website and forms may collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, device information, and cookies, under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage service waitlists, prepare your Voice Guide and content, deliver services, and communicate with you about that work. We do not sell your personal information.

Keep private client information out

We never ask for or use our customers’ private client information. Do not send client names, account numbers, financial records, or other confidential client details through our forms, writing samples, or email. Remove or anonymize private details before sharing examples. If you accidentally send this information, contact us so we can address it.

Service providers and AI tools

We use providers such as Squarespace and Google to host the website, collect forms, store working documents, and communicate. Information needed to perform our work may also be processed through the AI and other tools used to deliver the requested service. Private client information must not be included. Providers’ handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect rights or address misuse.

Retention and security

We keep information as needed to respond to you, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit optional information. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you shared, or to leave a waitlist, email tad@35labs.ai. We will review requests subject to applicable law and any records we must retain. Browser settings let you manage cookies; some site or form features may be affected.
